The Japan International Boat Show will support you in your first steps into the marine lifestyle! It fully loaded with special sections and programs including PWC World, the Premium & Select Marine Lifestyle Zone, boat test-ride events, a fishing competition for women anglers, and a new Yacht Village area for visitors to experience the appeal of sailboats. At Pacifico Yokohama, in addition to there being multiple exhibits by companies of the latest boats and sailboats, a wealth of information about ways to enjoy the marine lifestyle will be provided.
There will also be a new Yacht Village area the PWC World area displaying personal watercraft models of leading manufacturers and a Marine Lifestyle Zone with displays of apparel and accessories for the marine life. These exhibits present the wide-ranging appeal of marine leisure and spending time on the water. On the event stage, educational talks about thebasics of boating, presentations of fun marine activities and other information planned in order to offer helpful support for people’s marine lifestyles.
At Yokohama Bayside Marina, there will be around 50 primarily larger motorboats and sailing cruisers docked on the water at the Yokohama Bayside Marina. The display boats will be open for visitors to actually come aboard (except some models). The Japan International Boat Show is the largest exposition in the Japanese marine industry and will held again this year at the two venues of Pacifico Yokohama and the Yokohama Bayside Marina.
In addition to exhibits of motorboats and sailboats, the show will provide visitors the opportunity to see a full variety of marine accessories and get the latest information on different types of marine recreation. The popular PWC World, Premium Zone and Sailing Village will return again this year, but we also have a variety of new events planned such as workshop-style seminars and lectures on marine-based activities.
