Step 1: Enter Your Login Details
a) Enter your control panel Username and Password in the respective fields and click on the “Login” button.
b) Check the “Remember my device” check box in order to skip the OTP authentication on the same device while login next time.
c) If you mistype your credentials, click on the “Reset” button.
Step 2: Enter the OTP from your Registered Email
By clicking on the Login button, you will redirect to the second step of the security with the below option.
a) OTP sent on Email: You will get an OTP on your Email ID registered in the Admin User manager. Enter the OTP from the email in the respective field. Click on Verify to login the control panel.
1. Remember OTP will be valid for 10 Minutes only.
2. Please check your Spam box as well for the OTP email, sometimes the mail might be received in Spam. If you have any concern or problem in login, pelase contact us.
3. Emails from the system should be sent only with the domain mails like username@domainname in order to avoid mails landing in Spam box at your customer or user side.
You can create an email for your domain name and use that email to send all emails from system. We can forward all the emails coming on that domain email to any email which you want to use or already using to avoid any inconvenience.
Step 3: Enable QR CODE Scan from Google Authenticator App.
As a 2 Factor Authentication you can use Google Authenticator App instead of email. Scan the QR code from Google Authenticator App and enter the OTP to login the control panel. Below are the steps to Scan QR Code.
a) Click on “Admin User Manager” from the Menu. List of the Admin Users will appear with the “QR Code Scan” button for all users.
b) Click on the “QR Code Scan” button, the QR code will be loaded below.
d) Once you scan the QR code you will get an Authenticator code of 6 digits. Also you can add the device details like Phone number and mobile phone device model for future reference to know from which device you scanned this QR Code.
e) Click on Verify button and your 2 Factor Authentication setup is complete.
Step 4: Change the device for Google Authenticator.
a) You can update the device for the google authentication for the respective user from the Admin User Manager, click on the “Update QR Code” button from the Admin User manager listing.
b) Enter authenticator code from the existing device in the respective field and click on Verify button.
c) A New QR Code is generated, repeat the process same as you did while scanning the QR code for the first time. Scan the QR code and Enter the OTP from the new device and click on the verify button.
Step 5: You are ready to go!!
After the verification process, whenever you log in, you can enter OTP from a registered Email or Google Authenticator Application.
Note: Once you remember the device, it will not ask for the OTP on that particular device when you will login next time.
