The Honda Civic JDM Car is a series of cars manufactured by Honda since 1972. The Civic has been classified as a compact car since 2000, but was previously classified as a compact car. As of 2021, the Civic sits between the Honda Fit/City and Honda Accord in Honda’s global vehicle lineup.
The first-generation Civic was introduced as a two-door coupe in July 1972 and a three-door hatchback was launched in September.

Exterior Features:
The fourth-generation Honda Civic JDM Car is a vehicle produced by Honda from 1987 to 1991, with station wagon production continuing until 1996 in some markets. Suspension features a new double wishbone suspension at the front and independent suspension at the rear, the wheelbase has been extended to 98.4 inches (250 cm) and the body has been redesigned with a lower bonnet line and more glass to provide less drag . The redesigned Civic was released in 1987 as a 1988 model. The fourth-generation Civic is available in three variants. Each variant is available as a three-door hatchback, four-door sedan and five-door station wagon with different trim levels.

Engine Specifications:
In Japan, the base version received a 1.3-liter SOHC single-carburetor engine with 82 horsepower. (60 kW), so 23L or 23U will be fitted. This engine was also available in a commercial version of Shuttle, originally marketed as “Honda Pro”. This engine was available on the Japanese market 25X and 25XT. The Si model is powered by a 1.6L 16-valve four-cylinder (ZC) DOHC engine that produces 122hp. (90kW, 120hp). A new trim package called SiR was added in late 1989 and is powered by a 160hp 1.6-liter DOHC VTEC 16-valve four-cylinder B16A engine. (118kW, 158hp) at 7600rpm. This first B-series engine marked the introduction of Honda’s Variable Valve Timing and Electronic Lift Control (VTEC).
