The Nissan Stagea is a very popular JDM Car available on sale from Japan, it has been produced by Nissan since 1996 till 2007. It was produced by Nissan in 1996 as competition for the Subaru Legacy Touring wagon in Japan, and was exclusive to Nissan Prince store Japanese dealerships.

There are 4 different versions of the Stagea JDM Car:


WC34 Series 1 From 1996-1997

The Nissan Stagea JDM Car WC34 Series 1 was produced from 1996 to July 1997.

WC34 Series 1 Engine:

The WC34 Nissan Stagea JDM Car was available with a 2.0L single cam inline-six engine, a 2.5L twin-cam naturally-aspirated inline-six, a 2.5L twin-cam turbocharged inline-six, or the 2.6L twin-cam twin-turbocharged inline-six engine. All engines were from the Nissan RB engine family with the 2.6L being the identical as that equipped in the R33 Skyline GTR. 

In August 1997 the Nissan Stagea received minor changes to the model lineup. The replacement of the RB25DE and RB20E engines (found in X and G models) with the updated RB25DE NEO and RB20DE NEO engines was the main reasons of changes.

WC34 Series 1 Transmission:

The Nissan Stagea JDM Car was available in RWD and AWD variants. Both RWD and AWD shared its chassis platform with the C35 Laurel, which had the identical wheelbase of 2720mm, and was also available in RWD and AWD. 

There were some differences within the chassis between 2WD and AWD model Stageas. The most important difference was that the driver’s side chassis rail on the AWD version was positioned closer to the lower sill. This was done to form room for the transfer case located at the end of the AWD transmission.


WC34 Series 1.5:

In 1997, August  Nissan  Stagea JDM Car obtained some changes to the version lineup, which lasted until July 1998. The motives of the modifications changed into the replacement of the RB25DE and RB20E engines with the updated RB25DE NEO and RB20DE NEO engines. series 1.5 additionally introduced a few new model configurations like 25t X 4 – X/G trim interior with RB25DET engine25RS – RS trim interior with RB25DE NEO engine and RWD configuration.


M35 Series:

The Nissan Stagea JDM Car M35 collection turned into produced from 2001 to 2007.It  appears absolutely specific from the preceding C34 models and is derived from the Skyline/G35 sedan (V35 platform). WC34 Series 2:

The Nissan Stagea JDM Car WC34 series 2 was constituted of August 1998 to March 2001. It  became the minor revision of the WC34 collection 1. Now, headlights have been made of excessive impact plastic as opposed to glass  and the excessive beam lighting fixtures moved into the grill. They brought some minor modifications in the shape of signs also.
