Lexus GS  JDM Car is an executive car sold by LEXUS, Toyota Premium. The same car as Toyota Aristo in Japan started in 1991. In the Japanese market, it was published as Lexus GS in February 1993. The Toyota Aristo name of the Japanese market continued until January 2005. 

 August 1997, the second generation Toyota Aristo was introduced in Japan, and JZS160 (S300 Version) for two-year engines.Also in 2000, Lexus added the limited edition GS300 “Sport Design” for North America, featuring the GS 430 sports suspension, wide tires and polished alloy wheels.

Engine Specification:

 August 1997, the second generation Toyota Aristo JDM was introduced in Japan, and JZS160 (S300 Version) for two-year engine and JZS160 (V300 version) is a two-year Twin turbocharged engine dedicated to the former Vista network JZS161 (V300 Version) for the model you have is renamed. VVTi has become the standard and torque has increased. The twin-turbo version was available for 4-wheel electronic steering, VSC electronic stability control, and automatic transmission in manual sequential mode.

The 2nd generation sedan used a new front engine, rear wheel drive medium-sized platform that was also installed in the Toyota Crown Lexus SC Coupe in the Japanese market. The drag coefficient was Cd = 0.30. Internally, Optitran electroluminescence equipment was first offered with an upgraded stereo system. For the export market, the 2nd generation GS began production in the JZS161 body style on August 4, 1997 and was officially launched in October 1997.

Interior Features:

The 2000 model change of the 2001 model was the only major design change for the 2nd generation GS JDM. The front end had a slightly improved grille, improved tail lights, and subtly colored headlights. Xenon headlights have become standard on V8 engines and optional on 6-cylinder vehicles. With the addition of more internal wooden panels, the GS300 has a shift knob attached to the steering wheel. Since the displacement of the V8 engine also increased by 0.3 liters, the model name was changed to GS430 (Toyota model number UZS161). The peak power did not change, but the torque increased to 441N⋅m (325lb⋅ft). The GS 430 took 5.7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km / h).

Also in 2000, Lexus added the limited edition GS300 “Sport Design” for North America, featuring the GS 430 sports suspension, wide tires and polished alloy wheels. The SportDesign interior adds perforated leather upholstery in addition to matte aluminum and dark stain walnut trim. In the third quarter of 2001, production of the GS 300 Sport Design was limited to 3,300 units (annual GS sales of 25,000 units). Production of SportDesign continued until the end of the 2004 design cycle.
